Y4 - Online Safety - Cyber Bullying

Children in Year 4 have explored how they would feel if they received a hurtful message online and what they should do about it.

It's All Greek to Me!

Y4 have spent the day learning about Ancient Greek Legacies of language, theatre and architecture.

 

The children worked together to build a model version of the Parthenon and complete a drama about the Ancient Greek Gods of Olympus.

Children in Year 4 have been learning how to complete safe and effective internet research as part of their curriculum work on Ancient Greece.

Making Butter - Observation over time

Children in Year 4 have been exploring how by adding energy to particles we can change something from a liquid to a solid. 

The children turned double cream into butter - it was yummy on crackers!

Nature Programme Voiceovers

Year 4 have been writing Nature Programme voiceovers.  The children had to focus on presenting their work with appropriate intonation, tone and volume to inform and entertain the reader.
