We had a fantastic visit from the North West Air Ambulance, who told us all about the amazing work they do as a charity. We were amazed to learn that they operate only three helicopters to cover the entire North West region — and they can reach Ellesmere Port from Manchester in just 10 minutes…

Year 2 visited Safety Central in Lymm to learn all about safety around the home, around their community and also staying safe online.

Brookside had a fantastic day celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day with nostalgic music and by enjoying our lunches outside!  We have learnt about the Second World War and paused to reflect on the sacrifice made by so many in the cause of freedom and justice.
