Y2 - Cricket

Year 2 have been enjoying a series of cricket training sessions with Cheshire Cricket Club.

 

Knowledge: I know how to hit (strike) a ball (with a racket) with accuracy and power to beat an opponent.

Skills:  to use the flat of my bat to strike the ball.

Y6: hop, skip and jump for charity

Well done Y6 - despite the weather, we managed to get out of the classroom to 'hop, skip and jump' our way round our daily mile just before Easter for a very important local cause, raising money through sponsorship for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. Thank you for your efforts!

Y5: Hop, Skip and Jump

Year 5 had a great time taking part in Hop, Skip, and Jump today, raising money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, based in our local community.

Everyone looked great in their bunny ears!

Y6 PE

Another busy term of PE. 

Year 6 have been playing netball and rounders this half-term.

We were also tasked with 'coaching' and 'leading' our own games. 

Exciting news -  we will be getting expert cricket coaching after Easter!
